With lived experience at the heart of her approach, Dr. Kat provides expert consulting to federal agencies, law enforcement task forces, and legal teams to help bring traffickers to justice. Additionally, she delivers tailored training programs on equity, inclusion, trauma, and survivor empowerment for nonprofits, government entities, and community organizations.

Our Survivor Leadership program provides opportunities for survivors to gain leadership experience, become peer specialists, and offer valuable training to mental health professionals, social workers, and other key stakeholders.
